Two different resets
Players use the word rebirth for two systems.
A normal rebirth is the early wins reset. Play footage from 2023 describes about a 10% gain increase and says pets stay. Footage from 2025 says the confirm screen resets Strength and that you should read it before accepting. The exact list of reset stats is whatever that confirm screen shows in your version. Pets are kept in both descriptions.
Super Rebirth is the later system. It resets normal rebirth progress, Strength, wins, and end levels. Pets and items stay. You can Super Rebirth every 10 levels. Each one gives one Super Rebirth point and a permanent Strength boost:

The pattern continues by 10 levels and +0.5K% each time. A +0.5K% boost is the same 500% figure described in 2025 play footage of the first Super Rebirth.
Where to spend the point
Each Super Rebirth gives one point. Upgrades have five tiers. The printed costs are 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 points, so a full set of one track costs 15 points.

The More Dusk row was only filled for tier 1. Do not assume the later Dusk tiers match Power.
A linear reading of those costs says 60 Super Rebirths would buy every printed tier if each track really stops at five. That is arithmetic on the published costs, not a tested account.
What to buy first
Pet equip is the usual first point if you already own pets stronger than your empty slots. More Power is the direct Strength multiplier and is the better first point if your pets are still the starter egg. More Wins speeds the next world gate. Buy More Dusk once you are gating on Dusk, which starts at the Darkstar exit.
You can reset Super Rebirth tokens for 200 Credit Tokens. That price was added in a November 29, 2025 note. Reset only when a point is stuck in a track you no longer need.
When not to Super Rebirth
Do not Super Rebirth to clear a world you are about to enter. The reset removes the wins that open the next portal. Finish the sword and the win gate first, or be ready to pull them again with the new multiplier. Level 10 is the first legal Super Rebirth. Grinding a few extra levels in a world where you can already auto-train is usually faster than resetting at the first prompt.
